As an administrator and educator for the past 35 years, I am honored to be serving as MITY’s new Executive Director. Since 1967 MITY’s rigorous classes taught by master teachers in the sciences, arts and humanities, have inspired talented students. Unfortunately, for some tuition is a barrier to inspiration. In order to offer this exceptional program to all of Minnesota’s talented and motivated youth, regardless of their families’ financial standing, we need your help. MITY donors are parents, staff, alumni, friends and board members, past and present, who understand the great impact MITY has on young people. Your support is tax-deductible and will allow MITY to continue offering scholarships to qualifying students. In 2011, 25% of participating students received a full or partial scholarship.
