  • $150 deposit made out to MITY
  • One Teacher recommendation (new students only - If you attended ExplorSchool you are considered a new student)
  • Write a short essay (no more than 200 words) about yourself. (new students only - If you attended ExplorSchool you are considered a new student)
  • Current Report Card or Transcript
