That video game is so amazing! How do you make it? In this class you will uncover the mystery behind video games and program one of your very own. It will be complete with portals, ramps, traps, and whatever else you can dream up. Yes, this class is all about games. Each participant will use a TI Graphing Calculator to design and program their own playable mini golf hole complete with an interactive scorecard. We will “research” all of the needed math topics including the Pythagorean theorem, random integers, inequalities, trigonometry, linear equations, and much more! This class is for anyone interested in math, coding and having fun!
Prerequisite: Algebra 1 or instructor’s approval. No coding experience needed. Please bring your own TI83 or TI84 if you have one.
